We like our Medical Alarm Systems to be a little bit different!!

Sure, we offer the free enrollment and the most reliable equipment in the industry at a competitive price, but it's our Care Center that really makes us unique!!

Ask our member, Jim, who calls us every day to talk to his friends at the Care Center to let us know how his day went. He's a huge Red Sox fan so he actually called us four times the night the Red Sox won the World Series (with the Red Sox and the Patriots both playing well as of late we've had to staff up for Jim's calls!).

You might be asking yourself "isn't it a tad odd that Jim would want to call us every night?" But, it's not a unique story. From day 1 we plead with our members to call us at any time for any reason WHATSOEVER!! We call it the Care Call and it's truly unique in our industry. If it's Winter outside and your driveway is icy, call us before getting your paper. If we don't hear from you in 5 minutes we will check in to make sure everything is OK. If there is a stranger at the door, call us!! We'll make sure to check in with you to ensure your safety. We've been known to order pizzas, sing Happy Birthday, and other warm wishes!!!

CARE CALLS ARE IMPORTANT FOR SENIOR'S SAFETY!!

If people are comfortable pressing that button then when there is an emergency there will be no second guessing.

* NO worrying about what will happen when he/she presses it.

* NO worrying about extra charges.

* NO worrying about whether or not the situation is "enough of an emergency".

Our philosophy is that the more comfortable a person is with pressing the button the better!
